Insurance sure can be a headache! Each year I have to go through the re-qualification and each year I spend hours on the phone, my counters resemble something out of a law office prepping for a case. Thankfully tonight hubby got home and was able to take over on the phone. When he walked in the door he must have sensed my angst! I was using “construction words” with some people and my nerves were shot I was shaking I was so mad! After hours on the phone I headed to our local doctor’s office and had the receptionist do what everyone at member services could not do… make sure my boys had insurance with no lapse! UGH! It was quiet a day and I am glad that I won’t have to deal with it again until next year!!!
