Spring looks like many things to me and today I was faced with some of the wonderful things of Spring.
Today after a wonderful morning at MOPS Spa day I was driving to pick up big brother from school with the windows down in the car and in flew a little lady bug that perched itself on my steering wheel. After lunch big brother had OT so on our drive back I was in awe of the beauty of the mountain. Unfortunately where we live in the city called “The Gateway to the Rockies” we don’t actually get to see them, so our drive to OT allowed a great view of them. Man I understand why people settled here, their beauty and power is awesome. Then on our way home from OT we stopped to get our car washed and I looked at the temperature gauge on my rear view mirror… 66 degrees! Yahoo! The last two night the boys have played in the front yard with different neighbor kids… tonight though it was rather funny because the boys were all dressed in short sleeve shirts building a snow ramp to ride a plastic disk down… only in Colorado. All of this springtime enjoyment will be cut short however because we are expecting a snow storm on Saturday… really!?! When I am feeling ready for Spring and enjoying the Spring like weather we are forecasted to get hammered by another snow storm. UGH!
