Yay! I got a new camera lens. I have been drooling over the prime lenses for a while but never felt like I wanted to spend the money on one. For Christmas my father sent me some money and I decided to splurge and get the lens. I got the Canon 50mm f/1.8 auto focus lens and I am loving it. I had read some reviews and a lot of the people mentioned the need for a lens hood so I got one of those too. It came in the mail yesterday and I barely got in the door before I had it out of the box and was checking it out. Ahhh!
