Big brother has had a four-day weekend and today daddy headed to work and I knew I needed to find things to keep three little boys busy. We have been trying to eliminate television watching time and tablet time… which we have been doing a lot of the last few weeks due to frigid temperatures and snow falling. This morning I had some picking up to get done then we headed to our local nursery and then to Home Depot. I thought the boys might enjoy making terrariums, although I am using that word lightly. While at our local nursery we found a lot of neat plants and a few “fairy garden” items, I spent way too much money and realized that I might be better off going to Home Depot. We walked into Home Depot and the greeter said that she had left over from the kids workshop and gave them to the boys. Now we had a fun football ring toss to build and we still needed to search for terrarium plants. Needless to say we had lots of items to keep these little boys busy.
