Pizza night in the Kulow house! I know that I mentioned my lack of being able to let go and let the kids have their way in the kitchen only yesterday and yet today we had them each make their own pizzas. Oh sakes alive! Pizza night in our house is the kids ultimate favorite. They love being able to roll out their own dough and then pick as much or as little to put on their pizzas and then watch it cook in the oven. We usually just set up little cups with all the ingredients and the boys have a hay day. Tonight daddy was the head chef and helped each of the boys. I came in only after everyone was done and made my pizza and got the kitchen cleaned and cleared from their messes. Tonight I went with a bbq chicken pizza… so I topped the pizza with bbq sauce and then a layer of mozzarella cheese, a layer of chopped chicken and bacon bits, another layer of mozzarella cheese, some white onions and black olives, some green stuffed olives and then a layer of jack/cheddar cheese. Let me just say it was pretty darn good!
