One thing that I love about fall are all the festivities that come along with the season. Last week the boys and I went to our local high school’s homecoming parade. The boys loved it!
Then this weekend we headed to the mountains to take in some of the fall colors. The very first year we had moved out here we drove an awesome “color” drive and since then we have tried a few others but nothing seems to amount up to the first year. I was thinking though that maybe it was seeing the colors for the first time that really wowed me. Not sure what it is exactly. We enjoyed the weekend! It was nice to have Michael home… this past week was kind of crazy and we needed that family time!
