Yeah! The construction has begun on my new pantry. I cannot even express how excited I am about this. When we bought this house my major concern was where was I going to put all our food. Our old house had a huge pantry plus Michael built me a food storage room in the basement. I was in storage heaven. This house, not so much! I have been working from one very small pantry in the kitchen, a closed cupboard in the living room, my linen closet has been converted to a pantry as well as a wall in Michael’s office houses my overflow food. Maybe we just have too much food?!?! Any whooo… I am hoping to regain a sliver of normalcy by next week. I sold our fridge from our other house that has been sitting in my living room since we moved in and they are supposed to pick it up the earliest tomorrow or latest Saturday. So between getting some of our food out of the linen closet and living room cupboard my house may begin to look like a house! Slowly but surely!
This is where my pantry once was… that small hole housed a one foot deep by four foot tall pantry. Oh yeah and that is my new fridge that we had to buy since the other one did not fit.
