Today was our first day of vacation bible school. I am helping out again this year in the craft room. Yesterday I went to church and helped set up the room and this is my display table that I set up. I had fun using that side of my brain to come up with this fun table. The theme for this year is Colossal Coaster World and we are hanging out in the Scissors & Stuff Emporium, simply – the craft room for preschoolers.
This is the first year that middle brother is able to actually participate in vacation bible school, the excitement for the last week was palpable. Brothers, all three of them were so ready for this morning. I wished I would have gotten a picture of all three brothers in their VBS shirts before we left, but alas time crunch got in the way and I totally spaced.
All the brothers had a blast! Big brother being that he is going into first grade gets to be upstairs in the church which means that he gets to travel around the church property and gets to do more stuff. Middle brother being in preschool got to come into my craft room. Little brother being only two got to come to vbs too, his experience is pretty much limited to just one room but he still got to have fun too! All in all a great first day to a week of fun!
