I am sure it comes as no surprise that I love taking pictures. It is a passion of mine that has developed over the years. I remember when I got my first camera that could capture some of the pictures that I see through my eyes and each shot was treasured. Snapping pictures is something that has been demonstrated in my life by some people that I love and respect greatly… My grandpa Dion and my aunt Sheila, they both have an eye for “those” shots. I used to dream about being some great photographer… silly I know since I have never taken any classes and what I know is just by playing around and looking through other’s work. Well, all this to say that big brother has begun to show an interest in photography too. This past weekend he and I went to our back yard and I started teaching him some of the things that I know. Big brother has said that he would like to enter into the school art show and he would like to take a picture for it. The theme for this year’s art fair is “Believe, Dream, Inspire”. I starting asking big brother what those words mean to him and if he could find pictures to take in our backyard to represent those words. All of these pictures were taken by big brother in Manual mode on my Canon T3i. I set up the shot and then we would search for the plum “0” and then he would snap.
