Entrance

PictureOkay, now where do I start?  Deep cleansing breaths I think!  This is a picture to the entrance to my little boys shower.  In there is about three pounds of mud.  [Deep cleansing breaths mom\
Today I got a call that then led to multiple calls which led to me being a real wench on the phone to many people.  Long story short… you tell me that my children can not see their doctor because you did not do your job… makes for a very ugly mom!
While I began my rants and raids on the phone I told the brothers that since they were done with lunch that they could go play.  For the forty minutes of phone calls and yelling, my boys were quiet… a little too quiet!
Come to find out three little men headed to the back yard to make themselves mud pies, no not to eat but to wear.  All three boys were covered head to toe in mud.  They also decided that their bikes needed in on the muddy action.  [Deep cleansing breaths mom\  I discovered the fun that was being had as I looked out my window and was admiring the falling snow flakes.  Yes, you read that correctly, snow flakes were falling and my children were rolling around in the mud like three little pigs.
I went to the back yard collected the three little pigs, striped them in the garage which mind you is freezing cold, just like it is outside, sent their little naked butts to the shower that was running.  I then proceeded to scrape the mud off of their school shoes and bikes outside.  Went back inside to get a load of laundry done and wash the three little pigs.  They got washed with hast and then ushered directly to their beds for nap time.
I then spent the next hour cleaning their bikes, shoes, and the shower.  Needless to say I did not yell at them, I kept my cool, their bikes are somewhat cleaned off, their shoes are drying and their clothes are washing.  I think a picture of the three little pigs might have brought a lot more laughter but when I saw them there was no way I was going to run and grab my camera and snap some shots…  So the shower after the three little pigs, three bikes, and three pairs of shoes being washing it is!
