Yes, we did it, yet again! We bought six little chicks and I am hoping that with hubby’s coop and some different arrangements we might actually make it longer than ever before with all six chicks! We have not had the best of luck with chickens. It seems that the fox says, “Yummy chicken dinner!”, more than he should. With the Fort Knox coop and a more watchful eye we have hopes. This year we got six chicks, two Rhode Island Reds, two Black Australorps, and two Blue Laced Wyandottes.
