My boys love their Gigi and Papa! Our house was invaded by the Potter family. Lots of fun time was had by all. Our morning was spent swimming, our afternoon full of napping and our evening… well, hubby and I got to go on a date. Some of the great perks of having family around, last minute babysitters!
Today was the last MOPS meeting of the year. The TLC team made these very cute little flower pots. Too stinking cute! Welcome to May! May first and snow on the ground. Let me just say that this snow was not the most welcome. Family headed into town from San Diego and Hawaii by plane and car made for a nerve wracking day. I thought my “Welcome” in the snow might be funny.

Today is Middle Brother’s fourth birthday. Can it be that four years ago our little family became a family of four? Middle brother asked for strawberry short cake for his birthday… however we devoured them last night after we went out to his choice for dinner, Olive Garden. So this morning I whipped these up.

A great weekend away with some great friends. More on the weekend to come. These three ladies are truly amazing woman. These are three of my MOPS friends. We headed to the retreat together on Friday roomed together and enjoyed each one of the sessions together. A blessing!
While away from the woman’s retreat there was quite the array of wild life. There was a running total of wild life spotted… the list included these beauties, turkies, oh yeah and a bear! Yikes!
