Yes, I read that the word was pattern… but I thought I would go to the opposite. I have mentioned that I am all about basics. This morning as I was getting dressed I was hit by how plain my clothes are. There are no patterns. Solid colors. I think I might need to look at adding some patterns to my very boring clothes. Seriously look at that, there are two shirts that are something more than a solid color… the green tank top and the stripped sweater.
When I walked around my house I was hit by the same thoughts… solids! yes, I did add those throw pillows with some sass but that is about it.
I guess I am just a plain solid kind of gal! That does not mean that I don’t like a little pattern, something outside the boring solid I just don’t know how to integrate it into my very plain solid living.
