In 2008 hubby bought our oldest son a Strider bike and I was a little upset at the price tag. Over the years I have come to realize that the up front price tag is nothing! This weekend little brother decided that he wanted to ride a pedal bike and so he did. There was no running behind him up and down the street holding onto the seat. There was no tears, there was just grown up freedom. If you have a little one, do yourself a favor and buy a strider bike. Whatever the fee is, it is totally worth it. Little brother is riding a pedal bike and even trying to get a little cocky and trying out tricks. I love that my boys are growing up and in the same breath it makes me a little sad.
