Last night little brother got the dreaded stomach bug that has been going around. So his first day of vacation was spent with a beach towel path to the bathroom. What a crummy way to start Christmas break!
After little brother had been sick the first time he said to me, “Mom, it is cause I ate dye food today at my school party.” I will admit that I had to stifle a little grin and told him, “Well that is why we don’t eat food with dye even when it looks yummy.” I felt kind of bad for making him think that it was all his fault from his food choices but I think it has hammered in the thought!
Today little brother has not moved from the couch and his fever is getting the better of him. Hoping that this crud does not hang around the house too long and doesn’t claim anymore victims!
